Abstract

This paper introduces the "Reverse Alpha Adding Cipher (RAAC)," a new data-security encryption method. RAAC offers a new cyber security approach in a world where encryption may fail. The reversed alphabet positions of keywords create a unique encryption process in this cipher. A complete encryption and decryption method with examples and results is presented in the paper. RAAC reverses keyword head and tail letters and combines them to form a key. The middle letter of a second keyword helps this key. The key secures encryption and decryption by shifting plaintext letters.  A sample message is encrypted and decrypted to prove RAAC's efficacy. The cipher protected sensitive data by converting plaintext to ciphertext and back. Finally, the Reverse Alphabet Addition Cipher provides novel and effective information security. Traditional encryption with a twist gives RAAC new cryptography possibilities.. Future research could examine its attack resistance and practical applications in real-world information security systems, leading to automated encryption and decryption software.
