Abstract

In the higher education, effective Human Resource Management (HRM) is crucial for achieving organizational goals and objectives. This study aimed to assess the implementation of HRM functions within college management. The findings indicate a substantial application of HRM functions in colleges, although the extent varies based on teacher and institutional variables. The study suggests recommendations for enhancing HRM practices in colleges and identifies opportunities for further research in this area. The abstract provided focuses on the application of HRM functions in higher educational institutions, particularly colleges. It suggests that effective HRM is crucial for achieving organizational goals and objectives in the education sector. The study aimed to assess the extent of HRM functions within college management and found that these functions vary based on certain teacher and institutional variables.
