Abstract

The use of conversational AI has enhanced service efficiency within the worldwide baking sector. This research seeks to examine the role of AI-powered virtual assistants in enhancing customer service efficiency and satisfaction within the banking industry. AI-powered chatbots have been shown to provide personalised services to users in the banking sector. The use of secondary data and theme analysis has proven advantageous in addressing the requirements of the study goals. Thematic study has elucidated the prospective advantages and drawbacks of using conversational AI in the banking sector.
